Siyabulela Tembani
Siyabulela is currently a manager responsible for service management and business development at Afr-ix Telecom South Africa. Afr-ix Telecom SA owns Computer & Satellite Electronics (CSE Pty Ltd). Notably, he was highly instrumental in establishing its SA offices. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Electronics (NWU), a post-graduate diploma in energy management (UTFSM), short courses in business analysis (UP), and Spanish including A1, A2, and B1 levels from the University of Chile.
Prior to joining Afr-ix Telecom, he worked for Fraunhofer as a Researcher in Chile where he was also doing his postgraduate studies having been awarded the Nelson Mandela scholarship to study abroad, a Business Analyst at Telkom where he harnessed his business analysis, business processes skills within the Telecommunications.
Siya is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa, and is also passionate about access to quality education. While working at Telkom, he was appointed by European Access Network World Congress to serve as a student and youth ambassador and he has been an active member of the International Youth Council since 2013.
