Mohammad Patel is the Chief Executive Officer at OTel Telecoms, a South African Licensed Telecoms Operator.
Mohammad is an active member in the telecoms industry championing various causes whilst serving on ISPA’s Management Committee as well as leading WAPA as Chairperson for a couple of years.
Mohammad has also been involved in a number of industry changing developments, most recently the inter-connect rate drop, ICT Policies, TVWS, Assisting Competition Commission with industry player mergers, and Future Wireless Technologies to list a few.
The activity has increased Mohammad’s in-depth knowledge of the industry, appended to his growing list of important industry leaders and often consults to organizations on industry related matters.
