ISPA is South Africa's officially recognised internet industry association, and part of that responsibility is ensuring that consumers have access to fair, reliable internet services from our members. Every ISPA member subscribes to our Code of Conduct, a framework of standards covering privacy, consumer protection, and complaint handling to ensure professional service delivery across the industry.
When disputes arise between consumers and service providers, ISPA offers a structured mediation process to help both parties reach a fair resolution. Where necessary, a formal independent adjudication process is available.
We also provide guidance on online safety, cybercrime reporting, and getting the most from your internet connection.
